How to become a customer?

There are two ways:

1) From the home page click on sign up, enter your email address in the "create your account"      box, then fill in the information required, when done you can start shopping.

2) By calling our office or simply send your request to  diplomatic@goldentrading.cz

Order Process

When placing an order, it is important to send us a scanned copy of your diplomatic identification card. (this is required only when making your first order)

We will send to your email customs papers that should be printed 2 times, signed and stamped  by your embassy. We also will email you an authorization paper that should be printed and  signed by you. This authorizing us to present the customs documents on your behalf at the custom office.

We will come to your embassy to pick up these documents the following day or as instructed by  you. When these are done shipment will come to you with 2-3 days accompaning invoice in the  currency that you choosed CK Czech Krown or Euro.
